English => French Dictionary or Study Book?

I am looking for a good English to French dictionary and maybe some kind of study book as well. I'm sure there are many available so I would like some recommendations.

I can across a visual dictionary and I think it looks excellent: http://www.amazon.com/French-English-Bilingual-Dictionary-Dictionaries/dp/0756612977/

By the way I am an absolute beginner when it comes to French.

If I pursue learning French I think I will watch a lot of videos and speak with French-speakers so that I can learn correct pronunciation, but I also think having some books might be very useful as well.

I'm using French Grammar Drills by Eliane Kurbegov. http://www.amazon.com/French-Grammar-Drills-Eliane-Kurbegov/dp/0071789499/
It's concise and helpful.

Thanks Kafei.
WordReference does look great.
I'll take a closer look at that grammar book because I would like to have a book on French grammar; Something I can look at away from the computer.
I think I'll check out Forvo sometime. I already know what it's about.

Today I went to a local bookstore and picked up a French to English/English to French Dictionary. Here are a few pictures so you can see what it's like inside:

~ It seems like a great dictionary to me. At least well-suited for my needs I think. There were 3 french dictionaries at the store and this appeared to be the only one that showed how to pronounce the words, which I think is very important. Also because I think pronunciation is so important, and as to not get into a bad habit of mispronouncing, I plan to find some skype language-exchange partners soon.

About the dictionary I got: If you notice, there are indications for Male(M) or Female(F) pertaining to nouns, and indications of transient verb(vt) or intransient verb(vi).
