The Asahi newspaper picked up PIO D'EMILIA, who has stayed in Japan and is still reporting affairs after 3.11, even though many foreign journalists fled Tokyo. However, he also criticized Japanese mass media, which similarly escaped from the area near the Fukushima Plant and were dependent on the information that the government gave.

I guess, however, his reports are not well known around the world, because most his reports seem to have been carried in Italian media. Many people in the world regard something not written in English as non-existent.
