According to Japanese press, a bulletin of the Chinese Forces, 解放軍報, recently wrote that Vietnam and the Philippines are greedy and 分不相応. Apart from “greedy”, the phrase 分不相応 is very interesting. Nobody can distinguish who is speaking, North Korea or other people. It is a very ethical phrase, and it traditionally means, for example, someone who is not a king behaves like a king or someone who is simply a king conducts like an emperor.

However, one thing is different from the sayings of North Korea. Unlike North Korea, it is clear that Beijing compares itself to the emperor in the South China Sea.

Also, it may be clear that the same rule is applied to the East China Sea.
