I usually think it is a kind of fake science when I hear of something like “Set a slope of pelvis right, and get good posture”. However, when I saw an article on Nikkei this morning, I was a bit pleased because I tried to know whether the slope of my pelvis was right or not, and I learned I had good posture.

According to the article, you can know it as follows:
Stand up alongside the wall distanced 5 cm away from it while standing on your heel and without shoes.
Attach your head, hips, and back to the wall tightly.
Insert your hand into the space between your waist and the wall.
The desirable space is for one palm.
