30 days squat challenge

It's been a while since I started to go on a
diet. Ever since I decided to do it, 20 minutes of workout a day and cutting off carbs have become kind of my daily routine, and I like it.

I lost some weight, but my body shape hasn't changed as I expected it to be. I know toning up my body takes a long process that needs more than a few months, but I want to see how my body will change as soon as I can!

So, I decided to try "30 days squat challenge". It is one of the ways that helps your body shaped up in a short period of time.
This is how it should be done: Start 50 times of squats a day, and add 5 times of squats every following day.

For me, the first day was hard. I even had a little pain in my thigh musle. But now I'm comfortable with the pain! I finished 150 squats today!

I can't wait to see how it works on me.
