My daughter went to Italy for ten days with her friend.

When she came home, she gave me some souvenirs and shared a lot of pictures she took in many histric places, such as the Colosseum, Spanish Steps, Pisa, Piazza di Trebi and Burano.

Although both my daughter and her friend can speak English well because they are returnees, I was worried whether they would have any troubles before they went to the trip. Something that I didn't want to happen, happened. My daughter told me that she caught pickpocketing.

According to her, one day they got on a bus, and the bus driver warned them to watch out for pickpokets. So, they must have been being careful their bags. However, her friend became worried because she felt someone's hand touched to her hand placing on her bag. My daughter and she laughed at her being a natural worrier. When the bus arrived at their final destination and my daughter was about to pay their bus fares, she just noticed that her purse had gone. She had put only small money into the coin purse which she bought in Italy. It wasn't expensive. She was lucky it wasn't worse.
