I've been sick for a month.
一ヶ月も不調だ。

I had my tooth extracted and had a root canal treatment as well. Both were really painful.
抜歯して神経治療もした。とても痛かった。

After that I've got a bad cold which my husband gave.
その後夫からひどい風邪をうつされてしまった。

My tooth is still aching and I'm having a treatment at the end of this month.
歯まだ痛んで今月末に治療をする

However, I think this is a good time to look back what I've done in the Netherlands for three years.
でも、オランダで何をしてきたか振り返るいいチャンスだと思う。

My daily life is rather low profile unlike other expat wives, but I carry on going to an English school and taking Skype English conversation lessons despite of being bad health.
他の駐在員の奥さんと比べて地味な日常生活だが、英語の学校へ行き続けてるし、スカイプで英会話のレッスンも受けている。こんなに調子が悪い時も。

I would say studying English is my lifeblood.
英語は不可欠なものといえるだろう

Although being sick abroad is tough physically and mentally, you could find something which you may overlook when you are in good health.
外国で具合がわるいのは心身ともにつらいが、健康な時は見逃してしまうかもれない何かに気付くかもしれない。
