I guess lots of Japanese women may have a really uncomfortable experience once or twice on crowded commuters trains.

Since the law was imprimented, the criminals are pusnished, but before that, most incidents were not charged.

TV news showed that an alleged grouper was running on the railway track.

He was accused of touching a woman's body on a train, but after the train stopped at a station, he jumped on the railway track, and run away.

A few years ago, there was an incident that a grouper was hit by a train.

The railway company warns passengers not to enter the train tracks in any cases.

Well...I agree with it up to a point, but more strict punishments should be needed to groupers.
