The company is going to raise its service price for the first time in 27 years.

The reasons are that the company has difficulty in dealing with an increase in delivery of online shopping, and they worry about the employees' mental health.

The delivery men always feel pressure that they have to deliver parcels at a designated time.

The delivery schedule is divided into every two hours based on customer's request: 10 AM to 12 PM, 12 PM to 14 PM and so on.

If they miss the time, the customers complain, or the employees have to redeliver items to them, which affects employee's evaluation and their salaries.

I think not only in courier industry, but in service industry, workers are require more accuracy and speed than before.

Customers become more demending, impatient, and arrogant.
