In Taiwan, more than 80% of people are suffering from myopia so Taiwan is also called the realm of spectacles.

With the advent of LASIK surgery, a treatment for myopia, more and more people here are taking this surgery to get rid of the inconvenience by the spectacles.

Is this surgery save or doesn't it have side effects?

After all, it has been less than 30 years since the surgery was introduced so the side effects are still inconspicuous.

Also, the surgery is to cut off a small piece of cornea to form a lens so this surgery is irreversible.

I have not considered taking this surgery so far but if this surgery is risk-free and cheap, I might take it.
