I want to share my daily meal plan with you.

Breakfast - a cup of surge-free soy bean milk mixed with 35g oats , a banana and a poached egg.

Lunch - a cup of surge-free soy bean milk mixed with 35g oats and a banana.

Dinner - a cup of surge-free soy bean milk mixed with 35g oats, a poached egg, sesame powder, a dragon fruit and a kiwi.

Night snack - a boxed meal containing rice, vegetables and fried egg.

I have adopted this meal plan, which is low in salt, oil and sugar, for about half a year.

For these six months, I find my skin has become better and dark circles get lighter.

I try to intake as little as sugar as possible because sugar can break up the synthesis of collagen and further make us grow wrinkles easily.

Besides, sugar kills way much more people per year than nicotine do.
