An employee in the national personnel authority suited the authority for his low evaluation as inappropriate, without considering the influence of hyper cerebral dysfunction due to cerebral hemorrhage. The abandonment of the evaluation and compensation for damages were demanded.

The trial ended with settlement on 5th December. The authority promised to try to reasonably accommodate him for his disabilities.
