Intractable diseases like Crohn disease, which causes sudden stomach aches and diarrhoea or Moyamoya disease, a progressive cerebrovascular disorder caused by blocked brain haemorrhage leading to headache or numbness of hands and feet, are difficult to cure completely.
However, patients can work with regular hospital visit.

Japanese government is now trying to support them to work, and the support system are being established in Wakayama prefecture, too.
