i'm trying to use the word より in the correct way so i wanted to see you any of you could help

ok, so i think okonomiyaki is better than yakisoba (but i like them both) anyway, here's a sentence:

お好み焼きは焼きそばより美味しいです。
is this right and do people talk this way?

what about this. is this an ok way to say it:
焼きそばは美味しいけどお好み焼き美味しいより

what if someone asked me which one of those i liked could i answer like this:
お好み焼き美味しいより。。。けど焼きそばも美味しい。
(okonomiyaki is the best... but yakisoba is also good)

anyway, what's the most common way to say okonomiyaki tastes better than yakisoba. or really what's the most comman way to use the word より
