Outside Yoga

I do yoga about four times a month.
Last Sunday, I did it outside for the first time.

Calm voice of our yoga teacher guided us into the quiet world.
We listened to the voice of birds closing our eyes and felt soft wind.
Breathing deep again and again on the earth made me calm.

I saw fresh green leaves and beautiful sky while I moved my body.

We lay down in the shade of the trees at the end of the lesson.
I felt so peaceful that I wanted to take a nap there.

I had a really great time.
