Meeting Agenda

Some of my colleagues are complaining that they don’t have time.
I think one reason must be inefficient meetings.
Some of meetings can be replaced with just sending email without discussion.
Some of attendants are not necessary to attend the meeting.
We have to think they can do how many other works, if they don’t attend the meeting.
We have to set a goal to achieve in a meeting clearly.
Surprisingly there are a lot of meetings that attendants don’t share the purpose of the meeting.
All troubles I mentioned above are solved by making contemplated meeting agenda.
A meeting organizer should prepare for his meeting more with the agenda.
We have to know that a meeting consists of its attendant’s precious time.
Time is money.
