We have to arrange all meals for our customers considering various allergies of them.
However, we arranged chicken sandwich which contained egg in the dressing of salad in it for a customer who has allergy for egg yesterday.
Fortunately, he noticed the egg in it and didn’t eat it.
It was our fatal fault that my staff had not checked the ingredients of the dressing.
I rushed to the customer to apologize for our mistake.
I warned our staff not to repeat the same mistake.
