I attended a monthly lunch meeting held by the association of Japanese travel agencies in LA.
The meeting venue was Bouchon Bistro in Beverly Hills, which I had wanted to go.
The architecture, furniture, decoration, service, meals, all are the traditional French style, which matches to the atmosphere of the area.
However, the guests can enjoy the high end atmosphere in a casual way without the formal dress code.
The price is expensive but affordable, considering the good location.
My main dish, pan-roasted rainbow trout was not so bad. It was a little bit oily for me.
I might be an outspoken critic about any fish dishes, because I believe that Japanese fish dish is the best in the world.
I should have chosen roasted chicken, which my next person was eating with gusto.
We had a meeting at a private room, which will be good for our group customers.
I'm glad to find a good restaurant which we can recommend to our customers.
