Our company have been releasing manuals about the main tour destinations in the US for our sales representatives in Japan through our intranet since last spring.
The Japanese title of the manuals is "Shittaka-buri", which means "Know-it-all".
We are creating them in order to make the sales representatives, who hesitate selling our tours to the US because of their poor experience, appear to be very knowledgeable about the destinations‏ when they make a presentation about them in front of their customers.
The manuals are being recieved well.
