I heard an interesting story from my colleague.
An airport in the US had a lot of complaints from their customers that the delivery of the baggage from the airplane to the baggage claim was late.
They solve the problem by changing the route of the passengers from the arrival gate to the baggage claim.
The change took more time for the passengers to pick up the baggage.
As a result, the number of the complains was reduced.
