My family had brunch at a restaurant of a medieval European style castle hotel build in 19th century by a wealthy American businessman.
It’s located on a hill overlooking the Hudson River, where is 30 minutes away from Manhattan by car.
We ordered a three course menu for brunch including Champaign cocktail at 58dollars.
It was quite expensive but worth the price considering the atmosphere and the great taste.
My wife was impressive with rich creamy “baked Potato Soup” topping with trout caviar.
My elder son said his "Classic Burger" might be the best burger which he had ever ated.
My main dish, “Striped Bass” with sweet and sour sauce was good.
My younger son was satisfied with his various kinds of sweets on a big plate.
We enjoyed the luxurious lunch talking about the past five years in the U.S. in a relaxed mood.
