Yesterday, I went out drinking with the people at work.
All of them were older than me and used to be in charge of sales.
They were complaining about our young employees in the sales division.
They shared the examples how the young employees were useless and how they had worked efficiently in their younger days.
I just heard them and didn't join the conversation.
I remembered when I was young, employees in my generation was despised as a bumper crop in the bubble era of the Japanese economy, who were not capable.
Most of my generation in my company are managers now.
We may not educate young people.
Or just old people always tend to forget the exact their younger days.
