I went on an overnight trip to Atlantic City with my family last weekend.
I had heard that Atlantic City has been obsoleting since the Lehman shock in 2008, especially after Hurricane Sandy in 2012.
It was true.
Despite Sunday, many of the shops on the main street along the seacoast called Board Walk were closed.
The center of the town were dominated with outlet shops.
We stayed at Sheraton.
The room was clean, but seemed to have not been renovated for long time, which was not worth for the room rate, $300.
It was a good experience of seeing an aspect of the U.S.
