I went to Narita shrine for the first time to kill a spare time until the departure time of my flight from Narita to New York.
It was beyond my expectation.
First, I enjoyed strolling the street to the shrine from the train station along which there are various souvenir and food shops and restaurants.
Window shopping and eating some local snacks such as a sweet red bean pancake from food vendors were fun.
Then, I prayed at the shrine for good luck of my business.
There are interesting exhibitions in the facilities of Narita shrine including a calligraphy museum.
It is a good place to learn about Japanese culture and history from the religious aspect.
I was refreshed by the short trip.
