I got IH grade at my first opic test.
IH(=intermediate high) is second high grade at opic test(=it’s kind of speaking test). And it’s enough grade to apply work as dentist abroad. But I don’t think my english is good enough to communicate patients who speak english.
My major problem is ignoring plural words and tense. I know well about difference between singular and plural words but I tend to ignore about it when I fall into the story I tell. And I tend to ignore tense for same reason.
So I will not stop learning english. But anyway achieving that grade easily, I can distribute my concentration to another language without some kind of burden.
It’s happy day today.

I got an IH (grade) at my first opic(?) test.
(?) I don't think "opic" is a word. Is "opic" an acronym? Then acronyms are usually in capital letters, "OPIC".
IH(=intermediate high) is the second highest grade at the opic test (=it’s kind of a speaking test).
And it’s high enough grade to apply for work as a dentist abroad.
But I don’t think my English is good enough to communicate with patients who speak English.
Languages have always a capital letter, eg French, Spanish, Italian, Japanese, Korean, etc
My major problem is ignoring plural nouns and tenses.
I know the difference between singular and plural words, but I tend to forget/ignore it when I tell a story (= when I'm in the middle of telling a story).
And I tend to ignore tenses for the same reason.
So I will not stop learning English.
You're never done with learning a language :) However it's a good start already!
But anyway since I got(/achieved) that grade easily, I can now distribute my concentration to another language without some kind of burden.
The second part of your sentence is a bit obscure. Do you mean that, since you got a good grade in English, now you can also concentrate on learning another language (like French, German, etc)? Perhaps you should try to re-write this sentence. You could also split it into two sentences.
Today is a happy day.
Congratulations! :)
