I took my daughters in a gyouza restaurant along Matsubara Street in Kyoto. Gyouza means the name of the fried dumpling. Many Japanese people eat gyouza at famous restaurants called Oushou, but we chose a local gyouza restaurant.

We were so hungry that we decided to rest to eat the special food though we were going to have dinner in one hour. We ordered two dishes of the gyouza. I ordered a glass of beer.

The taste of the gyouza was great. We enjoyed the pre-dinner . I can recommend the local gyouza restaurant to everyone. :) -Shuichi, Kyoto
