みんなand みな is same word.
みんな、みな＝in kanji 皆
みなさん＝皆さん
I think
みな is old-fashoned or too much polite.
みんな is childish
in Japanese,
「みな」も「みんな」も同じ漢字を使います。
僕が思うに、
みんな＝子供っぽい、
みな＝昔の人がつかう、または、偉い人がつかう
こんな感じでどうですか？
