We should definitely not build more nuclear power plants. In fact, the nuclear power plant in Fukushima got too serious accidents for humans to control the systems in the aftermath of Japanese earthquake. There are three reasons why new nuclear plants should not be constructed in the future.
First of all, nuclear power plants could result in serious damage to us once the accidents happen. The radiation ray emitted in the atmosphere is harmful for our health and the environment. The worst accident of the nuclear power plant in Chernobyl led to incurring heavy casualties and evacuating residents for life.
Secondly, nuclear power plants always produce dangerous nuclear wastes. It is difficult to find the places to dispose of them. While we could bury deep in the earth, all the countries except America and Russia cannot decide where to throw them way because their grounds are not large enough to do so.
Finally, nuclear power plants would contribute to global warming. The report shows that due to the fuel needed in carrying materials for operation, they release plenty of carbon dioxide. Consequently, it is suspicious for them to play an important role in solving the global warming.
It can be then argued that there is no advantage in nuclear power plants. For that reason, we should not construct them more.

While we could bury deep in the earth, all none of the countries except America and Russia cannot decide where to throw them way because their grounds are not large enough to do so. If you are saying that America and Russia are the only ones that know where to dispose of them.
