The Gold Medals slipped through Nadeshiko's fingers

The final of the Olympics women's soccer game was held this early this morning.

I thought Nadeshiko, Japanese women's soccer team, got the goal, and I was pleased with it. (Or you could just end the sentence at pleased.)

But I saw the blue uniform well., Tthe US team wore them, and Nadeshiko wore a red uniform.

That was the US team who got the goal.

As the game was advancing, Nadeshiko hadve some good chances and made several shots.

Even though Nadeshiko wasn't able to wion the Gold Medals, almost all Japanese were proud of them.

The final of Olympics women's soccer game was held early this morning.

I got up at 4 am, and turned on the TV.

When I turned on the TV, the blue uniform team scored a goal.

'a' is used for singular object. Team is plural word.

I thought Nadeshiko, Japanese women's soccer team, got the goal, and I was pleased with it.

When I look at the blue uniform carefully, the US team wore them, and Nadeshiko wore the red uniform.

That was the US team's goal.

As the game progress, Nadeshiko have some good chance and made several shots.

Advancing means moving forward but it is not suitable for time or events.

After half time, Nadeshiko finally scored a goal.

In football, the proper term is scored.

But the US team also scored a goal.

In the end, Nadeshiko lost to the US team 1-2.

and the Nadeshiko won the Silver Medal

Even though Nadeshiko wasn't able to win the Gold Medal, almost all Japanese were proud of them.
