I'm going to visit somewhere in USA for our business in October. It might takes two or three months. So that I really need to improve my communication skills in English to live and do my job.
I want to know the best way to improve it quickly. I think practice output training in English is important. Could you tell me any concrete idea of practice English? Thank you for your help.

10月からアメリカのどこかに海外出張に行くことになりました。
2、3ヶ月ほど滞在することになりそうです。
出発までになんとしても英語でコミュニケーションがとれるようにならないといけません。
そのために一番よい練習方法が知りたいです。具体的な方法があれば、ぜひ教えてください。
よろしくお願いします。

You changed from the singular to plural. In simpler word you went from "I am" to "our business".If i is you and another person who own the business you should tell us earlier or just say "my business" so that you don't confuse the reader.
So that I really need to improve my communication skills in English to live and do my job.

I have a question. Are you really asking us for ways of practicing English?
I'd rather like to ask it to Japanese. I also want to training my English writing skills though.
I'm going to visit somewhere in USA for our business company work in October.
"Our business" doesn't sound natural. If you're talking about [社務], you can just say "company work" or "business", depending on the situation.
It might takes two or three months. or I might be there for two or three months.
So that really need to improve my communication skills in English to so I can live there and do my job.
Could you tell me any concrete ideas of for practicing English?
In this case, you would switch your verb ("practice") to "practicing" because that sounds natural since it's in the middle of your sentence. This also puts it in the right tense. These kind of verbs are called "non-finite verbs", since they can't be used to make a sentence by themselves.
Output training will help, and so will writing and speaking. The quickest way to improve is to practice and ask for help with things you're not sure about. Good luck with your studies!
I've just started speaking training that repeating and shadowing easy sentences again and again. I hope it will help me.
