I want to be good at small talk someday. I'm shy, a little nervous and honest, so I always hesitate to talk for people around me with small talk.
If I could talk anyone with it, I will be very happy and feel comfortable.

    "Honest" is a little unnatural here. Rearranged the sentence to read better.

    We don't say "talk with small talk".

 
I can understand your feelings. Practice makes perfect, with English and with small talk.

    I'm not sure "frank" is the word you were going for ("tactless" might be another possibility), but "honest" doesn't make sense here. Being honest means you don't cheat people or deliberately deceive them. Honesty wouldn't cause any problems for small talk.

More specifically, "If ... could ... then ... would ..." is a very common pattern. The "would" sometimes gets contracted, e.g., "If you could ... then you'd ..."
