Finally, I've finished the training of the Jingles level 85. It should be finished three months ago because it only consists 30 days lessons and I started it last year.
But I feel that my English skills are improving. So I decided to move onto next level, level 86.
I hope this training leads me to be fluent in English.

The verb "consists" does not take a direct object directly. It takes a prepositional phrase, usually starting with "of" (or occasionally "in", but the meaning is different then). Another way to look at it is that "consists" is not a complete verb by itself; it needs a preposition to complement it -- "consists of" is a verb, but "consists" by itself is incomplete.
So I decided to move on to the next level, level 86.
There are some situations where "on to" cannot be replaced with "onto". This is one of them, because the words "move on" express a single idea together (it means the same thing as "advance"), and the prepositional phrase "to the next level" modifies it. Since the "on" and the "to" are part of distinct grammatical constructs, you can't combine them. (Another clue for a native speaker would be that the "to" in this sentence is pronounced very differently from the "to" in "onto", but as a non-native speaker the grammatical argument is probably easier to master.)
I see your point. That's very helpful for me! :)
