Hay Fever annoyed me

I hate this season.
Hay fever annoyed me so much. I have a terrible runny nose and my ears and eyes are itchy.
Maybe I should take enough sleep, eat various vegetables and put on mask while going out.
I hope it will be over as soon as possible.
