Sleep Measuring Machine
I heard that a sleep measuring machine is available these days. It says that the machine can visualize your sleep condition. All you need to do is to set it under your pillow and sleep.
I think my sleep condition isn't very good, so it's interesting for me.
I wonder if it will help me out to lead the deep sleep.

I wonder if it will help me out to lead the to deeper sleep. (Ignore the first correction I made, I wasn't thinking correctly. Hah hah)
I wish I could write Japanese as well as your English. Anyway, I've also been curious about these sleeping measuring devices too. In America, they have something called a "Zeo" and it's something that you strap to your head. I never saw the point to buying it because it's expensive... around $200 I think.
I see. Sleepscan is also expensive. It costs about 30,000 yen.
I don't think my sleep condition is very good, so it's interesting for me.
