Do you watch the Olympic games every day?
Because of the time difference, a lot of Japanese people are tired from the lack of sleep.
I read an article about a South African runner Oscar Pistorius who is called, “Blade Runner”.
His legs were amputated above the knee when he was an 11-month-old baby.
He has used carbon fiber blades as his legs.
Even though he has a big trouble, he became a top athlete.
I though he attended the Paralympic games, but he joined the Olympic games!
He must be a top athlete.

I wanted to say, " I heard that he atteded a game, so I thought he attended the Paralympic. However, in fact, he attended the London Olymic. And, I was surprised."
"I heard he attended the Olympic Games. I thought they meant the Paralympic Games, but to my surprise, I found out he attended the London 2012 Olympics."
