Yesterday at work I happened to meet someone who makes beds in a bed factory.
I moved "Yesterday at work" to the beginning so it wouldn't confuse the reader when and where this happened. If you put it elsewhere, it may be confusing what noun or verb it is modifying.
I asked him a few things that I wondered about bed-making.
Have you made beds for a long time?
How long does it usually take to make a bed?
What is the most difficult thing at your work?
While this sentence is grammatically correct, it is not very specific and could use some more detail. I would explain what kinds of "things" you asked about.
He said that he has made soil beds in the bed factory.
You don't have to explain that he said this to you, as it is understood. Also, I'm very curious as to what a soil bed is.
There are soil beds, stone beds, hardwood beds, leather beds, etc.
I think that many people sleep in bed.
This sentence seems out of place. While it is correct, it doesn't seem to have a logical connection with the rest of your main idea. I'm assuming there is a cultural difference here.

I asked him a few things that I wondered was curious about regarding about bed-making.
