I had a headache a little so I bought and took a medicine for headache from the pharmacy.
(약간 두통끼가 있었어요 그래서 약국에서 두통약을 사서 먹었어요.)
Now I feel much better than before.

I decided not to drink coffe and milk from now on.
(이제부터는 커피와 우유를 안 마시기로 했어요.)

It should be 'pharmacies' since you used 'are', which is the plural form of the verb.
There are always many pharmacies near hospitals.
Your sentence sounded odd, so I changed it.
