I upgraded advanced 1 grade.
When using "grade" in the sense of a school grade, etc, you would say advanced not upgraded (although logically that would make sense, but English doesn't always make a lot of sense).
I am satisfied with that the/my results.

If you wanted to use "more and more", you could say, "I feel I should practice more and more everyday."
