Another good thing about the UK's TV is that we can watch many programmes online on demand. BBC has created their own platform called BBC iPlayer. It's freely available unless you want to see programmes being broadcasted simultaneously with TV, which is called as "simulcast". You can also download a programme and watch it on your PC desktop. The file has a expiration date, and when it comes the file is automatically disabled. iPlayer provides Englsih subtitles. To be better than TV, with iPlayer you can replay a scene many times until you can really catch the words the actor said. Good for our learning, it's full of living British English!
