I bought Apple's new OS, Mountain Lion (OS X 10.8). It's surprisingly cheap. After downloading, it started automatic installation. I was a bit excited. But it was time. I left the Mac at home before the installation finished and went to work.

When I was back, the display read, "The installation was unsuccessful. Please restart the computer and install the software again." There was only one button available, so I clicked it to restart the machine. It automatically started the installation again. Twenty minutes later, it said, "The installation was unsuccessful. Please restart the computer and install the software again." There was only one button available, so I clicked it to restart the machine. It automatically started the installation again.
