急ぎなので、日本語で書きます。

本日朝6時からユニクロでセールがあるんですが、

あんパンと牛乳がもらえたり、ヒートテックが600円だったりと、ネットで話題になっています。
ちょうど昨日からこの時間までオフィスで仕事をしているので、オフィスの近くにあるユニクロに見に行きました。

東京ならいざ知らず、京都のこんな田舎では20人くらいしか並んでいないだろうと思ったら、軽く300人位並んでいました笑


ユニクロ凄すぎます。
ユニクロの経営本は良く読むんですが、経営的にももの凄いです。

ユニクロ凄い。



ちなみに並ぶ気がしなかったので写真だけ取って帰ってきました。
引き続き仕事します。

If my memory serves me right, there were 4 version of Lang-8 design.

The left image is first design.(A terrible design ..)
The center one is second version.
The right one is third version.

There happened so many things until today, but I didn't give up at any time.
I didn't have any money, any knowledge, any experience...then.
What all I had was passion.

I think to review the corrections is very important for language learning.
The corrections you got in Lang-8 are different with textbook, they are only one 'textbook' made for you, very luxurious one.


In current Lang-8 there are two ways to review the corrections you got.

1, Notebook feature.

This is not very convenient enough, so we will keep to make it better.
Of course, current version is not bad, but we can make it more useful.

2, PDF feature.

This is a feature for premium user.
You can download entries and corrections and comment as PDF files.
This feature is focused on review the corrections.
The left side of PDF is the original entry your wrote.
The right side is the corrections you got.
In the end of PDF there are comments you got.

You can print out the PDF and write something on the paper.

Today, I came up with a nice idea for using PDF.
If you put the PDF files to Evernote.
( http://www.evernote.com/ )
You can view it anywhere with any device.
You can see it with PC, iPhone, smart phone , etc.
And what makes it cool, you can search the word and phrases in the PDF files with Evernote.

This is very nice for reviewing.
I will try this method from today.

外国語学習において、復習はとても大事だと思います。
特に添削してもらった文は、教科書などと違い、世界であなただけの教材です。自分向けにカスタマイズされた贅沢な勉強の素材です。


現状のLang-8では復習用の機能が主に2つあります。

1，ノートブック機能

これはまだ、めちゃくちゃ便利という訳ではありません。引き続き改良していきます。
もちろん、悪くは無いんですがもっと便利に出来ると思います。


2，PDF機能

これはプレミアムユーザー向けの機能です。
添削してもらった文章と添削文、コメントをPDFファイルとしてダウンロードすることが出来ます。
左側が自分が書いた文章で、右側が添削文です。
PDFの後半はコメントが表示されています。

例えば、PDFをプリントアウトして、自由に何かを書き込んだりする使い方が出来ます。

そして、今日PDF機能のナイスな使い方を思いつきました。
PDFファイルをEvernoteに突っ込めば、いつでもどこでも、どんなデバイスからでもPDFを見ることが出来ます。
( Evernoteとはとても使いやすいメモツールのことです。　http://www.evernote.com/ 　)
例えば、PC, iPhone, スマートフォン等で確認出来ます。
で、本日気づいた凄いこととは、Evernoteを使えばPDFの中の単語やフレーズを検索出来るということです。


これは復習にかなり便利だと思います。
今日からこの方法でやってみようと思います。

その記事ではFacebookのクラウド(人力)翻訳ツールが他のWebサービスでも利用可能になったと書いてありました。

去年、Facebookのその翻訳ツールにはかなり注目していて、色々調べていたので、それが使えるようになったと知ってとても興奮しました。

Facebookのクラウド翻訳ツールは何かと言いますと、
ユーザーさんがFacebookのインターフェースの言語を自由に翻訳していくことが出来るツールです。
さらに複数の表現候補に対して、投票も出来ます。
めちゃくちゃ凄いツールです。

これをLang-8に導入して、多言語化を進めて行きたいと思います。

Japan has a culture called "Cherry blossom viewing".
When cherry blossom bloom, people often go to seeing it with drinking and eating.

I'm in Kyoto, and cheery blossom in Kyoto is very beautiful.

我出生在江苏省。
我4岁的时候去了日本。
然后一直在日本长大了。

因为我的中文不太好，所以大学生的时候我去了上海交通大学，留学了一年。
留学中，为了提高自己的汉语学平我每天用中文写日记。
不过单独写日记也没用，因为我不懂我写的中文是对了还是不地道。

所以我找中国同学帮我修改我的中文。
这样非常有效果。
反过来，我也帮他们教日语。
我觉得这个互相学习的方式挺好。

然后回来日本之后，我发现SNS很流行。
我自己也经常利用。
我突然想出来了，如果在SNS上面互相教语言的话，这不是挺好的方式吗？

因为1对1互相学习的话，继续下去是很难的。（这是我的经验）
不过在SNS的话，不是1对1，时间限时也没有（自己喜欢的时候帮人家修改就好）。

我把这个想法告诉大学的同学的kazuki。
他说，他可以实现这样的网站。

这样，我们就开始Lang-8。

我们便上大学便开发Lang-8。
刚开始的时候的问题时，怎么向对日本人以外的外国人宣传这个网站。
因为我在日本，所以对日本人宣传是很容易，不过Lang-8一定需要各种各样的母语的人才行。
这方面，我用的不少的脑筋和努力。


2007年毕业了大学，我就创业了。
刚开始一点也不懂生意的事情，有很多困难的。
不过我的心里一直是一样，一定要把这个Lang-8成功。
我相信这个网站对，世界上的人带来很好的东西。
我们也经常被Lang-8的会员对我们的message鼓励，非常感谢。

Lang-8的会员，大家都很善良，很乐意的帮助被人。
我们非常自豪这个环境。

现在还是2个人在开发Lang-8。
几乎不休息的在工作。
不过，我们挺开心。

关于Lang-8。
Lang-8是互相学习语言的平台。（SNS)
在这里，你可以用你学习中的语言写文章。
然后把那个语言为母语的人会帮你修改。

反过来你也可以帮学习你语言的人修改文章。

比如，中国人用英文写文章。
美国人帮他修改。
反过来中国人可以帮那位美国人修改中文文章。

帮替他人修改自己的母语是比较简单。
反过来，一般很少机会可以得到外国人的修改。

Lang-8就把这个问题解决了。

花了2年以上，现在Lang-8上有160个国家的人在利用，有60中以上语言在被学习。


我们的目标是把Lang-8提高世界最好的国际性语言学习交流网站，会员的目标是一亿会员。

我比较喜欢喝浓的。

比如黑啤酒。

日本的啤酒有各种各样的。

不过，外国的啤酒也很喜欢喝。

比如GUINESS。

我上次在日本的中国菜店发现了，青岛黑啤酒。

我第一次知道原来青岛啤酒还有黑的。
