There are two things I don't understand.
http://www.esl-lab.com/car-accident/car-accidentfra.htm
1. Daughter: It wasn't that at all. Don't (3) jam to conclusions.
What does "jam to conclusions" mean?
2. Man: Ask me after she returns from the trip.
I can understand this line means.
But I cannot understand contextual meaning.
Why did he say that and mean?

What does "jam to conclusions" mean?
I believe she was saying "Jump to conclusions" It's a phrase some say in English that means "Don't assume," or "Evaluate the problem before you make a conclusion"
Man: Ask me after she returns from the trip.
Haha, here the man was being sarcastic. He meant that he would answer the question "You love your daughter, don't you?" when she returned from the trip with his car safe and clean. He was saying it jokingly because she just crashed his other car, but it was his fault.
Don't (3) jam to conclusions. The word is "jump", not "jam" ( which doesn't make any sense at all). Don't jump to conclusions.
What does "jam to conclusions" mean? Don't jump to conclusions = Don't be in a rush to explain things.
Why did he say that and what does he mean? The question he is responding to was "Do you love your daughter?" He wants to see what she'll do with his new jeep before answering it.
Don't (3) jump to conclusions.
don't jump to conclusions = don't guess; don't assume without knowing all the facts

Please see my answer in my correction above.
Why did he say that and what does it mean?
He didn't want to answer the question "do you love your daughter" now.
So he said "ask me after she returns from the trip" = "You can ask me that question after she returns and I will probably give you an answer then."
The dad is a little worried that his daughter will mess up his new Jeep. And so, what he means by 'Ask me after she returns from the trip,' he is implying that he might not love her if she damages his new Jeep. However, I highly doubt the dad is being serious with the implication. I think it's mostly there for humor.
