Watch/Watch On

Could anyone tell me which one ("watch" or "watch on") should I use in a sentence deliverying the idea that I am kind of spying on a person for something ?

Like:
Be careful ! I am watching on you.

vs.

Be careful ! I am watching you.

You would say "Be careful! I am watching you!"

  • My friend joked to me that I was an agent from China. I then said to him:"Be careful ! I will be watching you !".
