    I think something like this would make your sentence clearer.

I know how many people was received. Because Facebook invitation list is available. However revealing list required CAPTCHA by each e-mail.
It's hard pain...

My first search of CAPTCHA showed in Japanese.
I changed it from 'ja' to 'es' that 'http://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/CAPTCHA' by mistake.

Haha. The language system is different. I have trouble translating Japanese into English, even though I can speak it pretty fluently. Chinese makes me feel like pulling my hair out.

I also think it is a great opportunity to read about things I am interested in a language other than English because, by reading English, I don't really improve on anything. I feel my English skills are, basically, sufficient.
