"zum Schluss kommen" heißt "etwas beenden". In dieser Situation darf man "zu dem" nicht mit "zum" abkürzen. "Zu dem Schluss kommen" heißt: etwas aus einer Sache schließen im Sinne von "ableiten".

Oh yeah it is "befiehlt" with ie ;D I didn't see that. brennen means burn in a more....passive way. Like: the house is burning...das Haus brennt. But abbrennen with b means either that it is destroyed completely. Das Haus brannte ab > ...
brennen means burn in a more....passive way. Like: the house is burning...das Haus brennt. But abbrennen with b means either that it is destroyed completely. Das Haus brannte ab > it is over and the house is destroyed to the ground. or like "ich brenne das Haus ab" like I set it on fire and destroy it......it is very hard to explain, it's a thing you have to feel. We also say "abfackeln" in daily language. Like in "Fackel"> torch. It has a stronger sound I guess.

"anbrennen" with n means like in the kitchen: Das Fleisch brennt an :)

There are two plural forms of the noun "Wort": Wörter & Worte. You use them in different situations:
1. Wörter is usually used for isolated words without any consideration of the context. E.g. Ich kenne zehn Wörter, die mit "ab-" anfangen.
2. Worte is usually used for expressions, affirmations, explanations, terms, something being related or meaningful isolated words. That would be the case in your sentence. http://www.duden.de/rechtschreibung/Wort - there are many examples, when to use Wörter/Worte.
