There's a new recruit in my brother's section in his company.
The young guy has just graduated from university.
His self-introduction was that "I fall in and out of things quickly."
That means he gets bored easily.
I think new employees usually say, "I don't give up easily." or "I'm persistent."
Am I old-fashioned?
My bother couldn't feel the new employee's willingness and motivation from his first day.
