You could say "surprised by me" if you wanted to be specific but that sounds wrong to me. Maybe "I really surprised him".

My friends had a BBQ every year and every year after a few drinks, I'd go to sleep on the couch and miss the race!
But, I guess having a few drinks counts as performance enhancing drugs when it comes to sleeping, right :)

Direct quotations like that are somewhat unnatural, so I also added an indirect quotation version.

My friend told me his younger brother gets in bed and hits his head on the bed head and falls asleep that way. My friend said the loud BANG annoys him. It sounds really unhealthy. Maybe his younger brother will become really stupid from hitting his head so much. lol
People sleep on trains, etc here too. Sometimes I fall asleep on them when I am tired. But I never missed my stop before. :P

Yeah, I don't use any timer or gadget. I never missed my stop while sleeping before. I usually wake up 1 or 2min before I need to get off.
Though, I once missed my stop while I was reading manga on my iPad. Because of it I was 50min late to my uni class on my birthday. ^^; haha
People that listen to music through their phone speakers are the worst. Really annoying ><" If they bought any cheap headphones they'd get much better audio quality and wouldn't annoy people around them either.

I don't think Australian guys get into fights in Japan. Those "bogan" types don't seem to go there.
Around twenty years ago, a lot of Japanese tourists went to Australia because we heard that security was good and safe.
Going to Australa was booming.
After that a lot of Japanese people begun to go to Europe.
In my opinion, Australian are easy going.
They have much stress but they are very patient when they are sober.
Some drunken men hit the station employees, it is so bad. (>_<)
Even if you are stressed, you shouldn't hit an innocent person. Those salarymen should go to the gym instead.
I like that people say to take it outside before they start fighting. Chances are they can't be bothered actually going outside to fight coz they probably can't get back in, and security will get them if they do anything inside so they'll just settle the problem any other way.
Your girlfriend must be the same as me. :P
