"Hot Yoga" is one of exercise. In a exercise studio which temperature is about 38 degrees C and humidity is about 65%, we excercise yoga.
We try Tree Pose, Crescent Moon Pose, Extended Triangle Pose, Warrior II Pose and so on.
Each pose is done very slowly, but we get very sweaty with high temperature and humidity.
And they ease my stiff shoulders and other body parts.
After yoga, I can feel to be refleshed myself.
I get a shower and go to lunch with my friend. It's my favorite way to spend the weekend.
