Christmas is just around the corner. As a traditional Chinese, I do not have special plan about Christmas, but I do like special Christmas food, such as gingerbread house. Ginger, the key ingredient of gingerbread house, was used as early as 2,500BC in China. We usually use it for soup. The flavor tastes awesome. I think it is kind of spice. Gingerbread house is also made with chocolate. Spice and sweet together are very delicious.
