I went to the infirmary to see my sister-in-law with my family last Sunday.
She has been the infirmay since last month because she is pregnant.
We had lunch at the restaurant of my wife's acquaintance.
After lunch, we saw the field on the roof of the building.
There were various veritables. The owner gave us some of them.
Then, we headed to the infirmary by rented car.
While my wife talked with her sister, I took my sons to a park.
Even after we returned the infirmary, they continued talking.
My wife's chat was such a long time wherever she was.
Her chat in the restaurant at lunch was also endless.

I don't know why you used "infirmary." Do you have a special reason for that? It seems to be used as a small room of a school, prison or other institution.

We had lunch at my wife's acquaintance's restaurant.
There were various vegetables.
Then, we headed to the infirmary by a rental car.
My wife's chat was so long as usual.
I thought infirmary means 病院.
Is your chat also endless even when you talk with unknown people?
As makbellis said, we can easily understand "clinic" too.
I'm a little shy at the beginning of talk.
But I didn't know it is popular or not in English.
By the way, my wife isn't shy even at the beginning of talk.
Even after we returned from the infirmary, they continued talking.
I see! Recently, people don't use Infirmary as the meaning of "病院". Is this right?
It is understood!
